Dale Hollow Lake is more than a beautiful place - it's a community treasure. Friends of Dale Hollow Lake, Inc. was founded in 1994 by people who believed that treasure was worth protecting. For over 30 years, our Tennessee-chartered nonprofit has brought together volunteers, members, and supporters who share a deep love for the lake and a commitment to keeping it special for everyone who visits.
Friends of Dale Hollow Lake exists to serve everyone. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our programs and activities are open and welcoming to all, regardless of race, religion, creed, national origin, gender, age, or disability. We are an all-volunteer organization - 100% of donations and membership fees go directly back to supporting the lake.
We work cooperatively with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to protect, promote, and celebrate Dale Hollow Lake. Through conservation efforts, public education, and community involvement, we connect people with the lake and help ensure it is well cared for today and for generations to come.
